Ground Floor

The comfortable living room is the focal point of the villa. The moment you set foot here, you’ll feel at home. The natural stone wall and the built-in fireplace create a cosy atmosphere and the spacious sofa invites you to sit down and lean back. Most visitors will be drawn outdoors immediately to the big terrace with the sea view—but anyone who prefers to can stay inside, such as to watch their favourite show on the large-screen Sony TV. The welcoming dining room directly adjoins the living room—with room for up to 14 people at the solid natural wood table, seated comfortably on Thonet chairs. In the bright, open kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to pamper your inner chef, including a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, a milk former, water kettle, blender, immersion blender, toaster, glasses for all occasions, tableware, and cutlery. There’s plenty of storage space, too.

All the better that Villa Malou has a selection of terraces. Two of them are right off the living/dining room: Rendered in beautiful natural stone with sea views, one is a lounge terrace with sofas and armchairs and the other is a grill terrace with a teak table for 14 people. There’s plenty of shade, too, thanks to canopies or pergolas with electronically adjustable slats, which you can adjust according to your needs. Next to the grill terrace, there’s a grill area with a six-flame Weber gas grill with a hood. And no matter where you sit, you always have a view of the sea.

First Floor

A spacious staircase brings you to a large split-level bedroom with a Kingsize bed (71×80 in), large bath, and shower. A small terrace invites you to linger and daydream as you enjoy the view over the grounds and the water. Passing this bedroom through a charming gallery, you arrive at the master bedroom. Make yourself comfortable on the king-size bed (80×80 in), perfect not only for enjoying a great night’s rest but also for watching TV. The spacious bathroom was recently redone and features gorgeous handcrafted tiles and a rain shower. Finally, there’s a small nursery next to the master bedroom.

From the master bedroom, you have direct access to the panoramic terrace. But not only from there. You can also reach the terrace from the gallery, enabling everyone to meet here without walking through the bedroom—for evening sundowners, to watch the stars or take in the view. This terrace is approximately 800 square feet. The glass railing ensures an uninterrupted gaze every way you turn. From this wonderful place, you can enjoy the 180-degree sea view during the day and the starry sky at night. On the loungers, armchairs, XXL beanbags, and outdoor carpeting, reverie invites. There’s even a comfortable sleeper sofa in the gallery that accommodates up to two people.
